Through each Challenge, you will develop a small slice of time solely dedicated to tuning in to your body and how it both wants and needs to move.

In the Brain Training sessions you’ll learn short, neurology drills to help improve your focus, energy, and alertness. These neuromechanical drills improve neuroplasticity, postural control, nervous system regulation, visual skills, and balance.

Pilates sessions are designed to help you develop better body awareness and control by strengthening small, stabilizing muscles around your joints and shoring up core strength.

Mobility & Strength sessions are your play ground. Don’t worry so much about doing it perfectly, let go and just move. Find the fun in your effort.

Finally, Stretch is your time to just move in any way that feels good. Move with me, or get inspired and create your own 15 minute or less sequence. Release and reset.

  • Yep! Each video is meant to be self-paced and fit into your busy life.

  • Workout from anywhere! All videos accessible via smartphone, tablet, or computer. Workout at home, the gym, while traveling or in the park.

  • Any props needed will be mentioned at the beginning of each video. In general, all you’ll need is a towel, set of light weights, and a chair.

  • Nope! All challenges, including upcoming challenges, are included in your membership.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time. When logged into the membership area, navigate to “Account.” From there, click “Memberships” and then “Manage Subscription” if you are ready to cancel. Please note, you must cancel 24 hours prior to your next billing date to not be charged again.
