am i too old for this challenge?
My clients range in ages from mid 20’s to late 70s. Nothing is mandatory and I offer a wide variety of modifications. Do what you can and never move into pain. The great thing about working out from home is you can take as many breaks as you want without feeling self-conscious. Pilates is one of the top movement modalities recommended by doctors and physical therapists for bodies as they age and recover from injuries.
