Pilates is a practice in specificity to optimize functional movement and strengthen the core muscles to support the rest of our joints. This course will teach you the fundamentals of movement with the added touch of personal modifications to keep you moving into strength while reducing your risk of injury. It's like a personal trainer in a bottle.
